Artificial Intelligence Consulting in Cancun

The question isn’t whether artificial intelligence is useful for your company. It’s which of your processes is eating your people’s time.

What an artificial intelligence consultancy actually is

It isn’t installing a tool. It’s looking at how your company works today, finding the repetitive work that needs no human judgement, and handing it to a machine — so your team keeps the work that does.

We work on your processes and with your information. We don’t bring an off-the-shelf solution: first we understand how the work gets done, then we decide what is worth automating and what isn’t.

Where it applies, area by area

Human resources

An average vacancy draws dozens of CVs and almost nobody reads them all the way through.

Screening and summarising CVs against the real requirements of the role, automatic answers to the questions candidates keep asking, draft contracts and letters built from your own templates, and an internal search over your handbook and policies so nobody has to ask the same thing twice.

Accounting and administration

The team’s time goes on data entry and chasing paperwork, not on interpreting the numbers.

Automatic reading of invoices and receipts, matching what was invoiced against what was paid, alerts on due dates and on spending outside the normal range, and monthly summaries written in language the owner understands, not only the accountant.

Marketing and sales

Content falls behind, and replies to customers arrive late or never arrive at all.

Immediate replies on WhatsApp and social media in the company’s own voice, qualifying whoever writes in before passing them to a salesperson, automatic follow-up with anyone who didn’t reply, and content produced from what the company already knows.

Data analysis

The data exists, but it is spread across systems that don’t talk to each other.

Reports that build themselves by combining sales, advertising and customer service; questions asked in plain language about your own data — “which product dropped this month, and why?” — and alerts when something breaks the pattern, without waiting for the month to close.

Content creation

Publishing consistently takes time the team doesn’t have.

Articles, posts and scripts built from real knowledge of the business, translation and adaptation into other languages, and recycling what already worked into new formats.

Customer service and operations

The same questions, every day, occupying expensive people.

Assistants that answer with the company’s information rather than inventions, that book appointments, that flag a human when something falls outside the script, and that leave a record of everything that happened.

How we work

The diagnosis comes first. One session to see the whole process, with the person who runs it every day and not only with the person who manages it. Out of that comes a map: what gets automated, in what order, and what each step gains.

Then one thing, working. We implement the process with the highest return and we measure it. No six-month projects presented in slides: something running within weeks, with a number next to it.

And in the end, your team operates it. If the automation depends on us forever, it isn’t an improvement, it’s a dependency.

What we don’t do

We don’t automate a broken process. If the procedure has flaws, automating it only means making the same mistakes faster and with fewer witnesses. First you fix it, then you automate it.

We don’t promise to replace people. Across what we have implemented, AI removes hours of mechanical work; decisions, negotiation and the relationship with the client stay with your people.

And we don’t sell one particular tool. If what your problem needs is a well-built spreadsheet, we’ll say so.

Where to start

With the process that hurts most. If you can name a task your team repeats every week and nobody wants to do, that’s the first project.

Write to us and we’ll look at it with your numbers. Seventeen years working with companies in Cancun and the Riviera Maya, and the last few applying this inside our own operation before proposing it to anyone.
