Artificial Intelligence Consulting in Cancun [rank_math_breadcrumb] The question isn't whether artificial intelligence is useful for your company. It's which of your processes is eating your people's time. What an artificial intelligence consultancy actually is It isn't installing a tool. It's looking at how your company works today, finding the repetitive work that needs no human judgement, and handing it to a machine — so your team keeps the work that does. We work on your processes and with your information. We don't bring an off-the-shelf solution: first we understand how the work gets done, then we decide what is worth automating and what isn't. Where it applies, area by area Human resources An average vacancy draws dozens of CVs and almost nobody reads them all the way through. Screening and summarising CVs against the real requirements of the role, automatic answers to the questions candidates keep asking, draft contracts and letters built from your own templates, and an internal search over your handbook and policies so nobody has to ask the same thing twice. Accounting and administration The team's time goes on data entry and chasing paperwork, not on interpreting the numbers. Automatic reading of invoices and receipts, matching what was invoiced against what was paid, alerts on due dates and on spending outside the normal range, and monthly summaries written in language the owner understands, not only the accountant. Marketing and sales Content falls behind, and replies to customers arrive late or never arrive at all. Immediate replies on... Graphic Design in Cancún Marketing Digital Cancún Technology makes possible what was impossible before. Design makes it real. Michael Gagliano ¡Compártelo! Design and Visual Communication The graphic design is a discipline that combines visual elements and technique to communicate an idea or a message. It is used across print, advertising, packaging, signage, digital media and more. Graphic designers work with typography, colour, image, shape and composition to build designs that attract and work. The goal is a visual experience that holds attention and carries the message clearly and precisely. Graphic design demands both technical and creative skill, a deep understanding of design principles, and command of current tools and trends. A designer has to work across media and adapt to very different projects and clients. Conceiving, planning and projecting visual communication brings graphic designto life, aimed at carrying specific messages to specific audiences through print and electronic media. At Graphemics we understand that design is the right tool for solving a company's problems of visual communication and we also know design is not art. The two are closely related, but “design is built on principles, art on feelings”. The design is communication. Sometimes that means listening, being patient, and convincing a client that the creative proposals from Graphemics are the ones that will get the result the business actually wants. We are ready to surprise you: effective communication, a creative design process, and a careful study of your project before a single line is drawn. For your graphic design needs... It works for a week. By the third, the calendar is empty and quality drops. Today graphemics. net has 541 published articles, and the biggest lesson from writing them was this: what runs out isn't the ability to write, it's the ability to decide what to say. That's why we built our own method. We call it The Chain, because every piece comes out of the previous one and none depends on a flash of inspiration. Here's how it works, no fluff. The core idea: the hard part is finding what to say Shooting a reel, writing an article or designing a carousel takes hours. But what eats the most time is what happens before: finding the topic, the angle and the hook. If that step is solved by a process, producing content stops being a weekly struggle and becomes a routine. The Chain is that process. It has eight links, numbered 0 to 7, and you always go through them in the same order. The eight links Audit the profile. You do this once, before anything else. If your profile doesn't tell people or the algorithm what the business is about, every good piece goes to waste. It's tidying the shop window before stocking the store. Find something to talk about. There are two sources, and you pick one on purpose. The external... Twelve Checks Before We Touch Someone Else's Site When someone hands over their website, the temptation is to start fixing. Change a title, move a menu, install a plugin. It's the urge that fights hardest to get out, and it's almost always a mistake: without knowing what's working, any change can break the very thing that was bringing in visitors. Before touching anything, we run twelve checks. Here is the complete list, in the order we do them, and at the end, what we do with the results. Part One: Access and Site Health 1. Access to Search Console and analytics. It's the first thing we ask for, before admin access. Without Search Console we're guessing; with it we see what people search for, which pages show up, and how many times they get clicked. If the client never verified it, verifying it is the first task, because data starts accumulating from that day. 2. What Google actually sees. We check the sitemap, the robots file, and how many pages are indexed versus how many exist. A site with two hundred pages and thirty indexed has a problem no title can fix. And sometimes the problem is a single checkbox in the admin panel: "discourage search engines. " 3. One version of the domain. With and without www, with http and https: four addresses that must resolve to one. If all four respond and none redirect, the signals get split across four sites that Google treats as separate. 4. How... Acceso a Search Console y a analítica. 4. Qué responden las páginas clave. Portada, servicios, contacto. Que devuelvan un... TÍTULO: Most of the budget goes to the work the client never sees HTML: When a Cancún business hires a digital marketing agency, what it sees is small: a good-looking website, a few posts, a monthly report with charts. What it pays for is a lot more. Most of the budget goes to work that never shows up in a screenshot, and understanding that is the difference between comparing quotes by price and comparing them by what they include. What the client sees and what the client pays for The visible part fits in a short list: the design, the social media pieces, the page copy and the report. It's what you can show in a meeting. What makes all of that work isn't shown, because it isn't glamorous: it's review work, measurement work and decisions about what not to do. In our experience, and as an order of magnitude rather than an exact figure, the visible part of a well-run project is usually a minor fraction of the total time. The rest is split across four fronts that clients almost never ask for by name. 1. Researching what people search for before writing anything It's the cheapest work to skip and the most expensive to skip. An article with no real search behind it is a text nobody finds. On our own site we saw it firsthand: over 180 days, variations of "agencia SEO Cancún" added up to 1,258 impressions, all between position 31 and 42, which is to... It's the opposite of the "I don't show up on Google" problem, and it hurts more: you do show up, in a good position, and nobody clicks. It happens to us too. Here is what Search Console showed for graphemics. net over the last 90 days, and how to separate what can be fixed from what can't. The numbers, as they are Period: July 15 to October 13, 2026. The homepage racked up 10,010 impressions, with an average position of 4. 6, and 4 clicks. Across the 200 queries with the most data, we added up 5,481 impressions and 5 clicks. Of those 200, 97 queries have an average position of 5 or better and zero clicks. Together they total 4,052 impressions. Some of the clearest ones, with their average position: "digital marketing" — 1,282 impressions, position 4. 3 "consultoria de marketing digital" — 492 impressions, position 2. 1 "consultoria digital" — 353 impressions, position 3. 0 "consultoria de marketing" — 349 impressions, position 3. 1 "consultoría marketing digital" — 341 impressions, position 2. 9 Position 2 or 3 on a search with almost five hundred impressions and not a single click isn't bad luck. Something about the page, the search, or both doesn't fit. First: average position is misleading "Average position 2. 1" doesn't mean a person saw the result in second place. It's an average of many appearances: some high on page one, others much lower, depending on the device, where the search is made from, and the... When a page isn't bringing in customers, the usual reaction is to redesign it: new palette, new sections, a video background. It's the most visible fix and the one most likely to get a quote signed. But if the page already shows up on Google and almost nobody clicks through, the problem isn't inside the page. It's the blue headline people see before they click. We measured it on our own site. A homepage with 9,916 impressions and 4 clicks We pulled Search Console for graphemics. net on October 14, covering the last 90 days (July 14 to October 12). Here's what came out: The whole site added up to 16,289 impressions and 65 clicks: a CTR of 0. 4%. The homepage had 9,916 impressions and 4 clicks, with an average position of 4. 5. That's a CTR of 0. 04%. 24 pages with more than 20 impressions each and zero clicks. Together they total 4,501 impressions. An average position of 4. 5 is, in theory, page one and the upper half of it. With that placement and that many appearances, four clicks isn't a visibility problem. If we redesigned the homepage, those four clicks would still be four: new visitors would never get to see the design. First, rule out a ranking problem Before touching a title, you need to tell apart two problems that look alike and don't have the same cure. It ranks high and nobody clicks: a title and description problem. It can be fixed in... TITLE: We Published the Same Article in Four Languages on the Same Day: Here's What Each One Did HTML: Translating an article into four languages sounds like quadrupling your reach. We tested it with a real article on a real site and measured it in Search Console with no sugarcoating. This is the tally at 21 days, and it's less flashy than the presentations promise. The Test On September 21, 2026, we published "Why the American Investor Is Still Looking at Cancún in 2026" on inversionesdemexico. com: 907 words in Spanish, with data on visitors, foreign investment, and property appreciation. That same day, at the same time, its versions in English, Portuguese, and French went live, linked to each other with the hreflang tags that tell Google which is which. There was no special promotion and no purchased links. This is the site's normal procedure: finished article, translated, paired, and published. We measured from September 21 to October 11, the latest period Search Console had closed when we checked on October 13. What Each Version Did Spanish: 1 impression, 0 clicks. It happened on September 22, at position 4. It never showed again in the following 19 days. English: 0 impressions, 0 clicks. Portuguese: 0 impressions, 0 clicks. French: 0 impressions, 0 clicks. Across the four languages, someone saw the article on a results page exactly once in three weeks. Nobody clicked. Indexing Was Different in Each Language Using Search Console's URL Inspection, we checked the status of each version... When someone asks us for an "SEO audit," there are two ways to do it. One takes three weeks, produces a sixty-page PDF, and almost nobody reads it to the end. The other takes forty minutes and ends with a short list of what actually needs to change. This is the second one, step by step, with the stopwatch running. It doesn't replace in-depth work. It helps you decide where to start, which is where the most money gets lost. Minutes 0 to 5: what Google already knows about the site The first move isn't opening the site, it's opening Search Console. That's where you find the only thing that isn't opinion: which pages show up, for which searches, and how many people click through. We look at three things, over 28 days: how many distinct pages have had at least one impression; how many clicks they add up to; whether those clicks are spread out or concentrated in two or three URLs. To show this isn't just theory, we ran it today on graphemics. net: over the last 28 days, 125 pages had impressions, adding up to 7,178 impressions and 53 clicks. And the page that brought in the most clicks, an image-prompt guide, took 33 of those 53, with 1,108 impressions at an average position of 7. 2. In other words, more than half the traffic of a site with over five hundred articles depends on a single page. In five minutes, that already changes the conversation. Minutes... Every few months someone declares SEO dead. Now the culprit is artificial intelligence: if ChatGPT and Google’s answers cover everything, they say, why try to rank a page. It’s a catchy line and easy to share. But instead of debating it, we checked what Search Console shows on our own site in a single city: Cancún. What people are still searching for in Cancún We reviewed the last 180 days for graphemics. net, through October 9, 2026. Just the queries that combine “SEO” with Cancún —in all their variants— add up to 15 distinct queries and 2. 270 impressions. These are people, in this city, typing into Google that they need SEO. The biggest: “seo cancun”: 561 impressions, average position 13,2 “seo en cancun”: 476 impressions, position 21,8 “agencia seo cancun”: 399 impressions, position 39,5 “agencias de seo en cancun”: 175 impressions, position 39,5 “seo company cancun”: 141 impressions, position 19,1 “agencia seo en cancun”: 134 impressions, position 31,2 If SEO were dead, those searches wouldn’t exist. They do, they repeat, and they ask for exactly what we offer. The uncomfortable part: we’re not there Those 2. 270 impressions produced zero clicks. And the reason isn’t artificial intelligence: we’re between positions 11 and 57, meaning page two or beyond. Nobody clicks a page they don’t see. Plainly: our visibility problem on those queries is our position, not that Google stopped sending traffic. When an entire industry says “SEO doesn’t work anymore,” they’re often describing their own result, not the channel.... There’s a free way to see what people are searching for in your city: open your own Search Console. We did it with graphemics. net and built a ranking of the ten searches with «Cancún» that showed the most. It’s not what we think is valuable; it’s what Google measured over six months. One note before we continue: here “worth” means impressions—the times Google showed our site for that query. It’s not total monthly searches or money. But it is real demand, from real people, and it’s the one number that isn’t made up. The time frame and sample size From April 11 to October 8, 2026, Search Console recorded 938 distinct queries that showed graphemics. net, with 27. 527 impressions and 10 clicks in total. Of those 938, 98 include “Cancún” (with or without an accent) and add up to 6. 844 impressions and 1 click. That already says something: almost a quarter of everything Google showed us is local search, and almost none of it turned into a visit. The ranking Here are the top ten by impressions, with our average position on each: seo cancun: 563 impressions, position 13,3 seo en cancun: 472 impressions, position 21,9 agencia seo cancun: 392 impressions, position 40,0 diseño de paginas web en cancun: 388 impressions, position 22,3 agencia de posicionamiento web en cancun: 383 impressions, position 29,8 paginas web en cancun: 351 impressions, position 32,4 posicionamiento web cancun: 307 impressions, position 17,0 posicionamiento organico cancun: 261 impressions, position 24,4 desarrollo de... The first month of SEO usually ends the same way: you open Search Console, see a small number, and conclude it doesn’t work. Month six looks different, not just because there are more numbers: it changes what you look at. Here’s the difference, with data from our own site up front. What happens in the first month In the first month there’s barely any data to interpret—and that’s normal. Google has to discover your pages, index them, and test them in results before giving them a stable position. The most common things you’ll see are: Lots of pages with zero impressions. A few stray impressions in distant positions, 30 and beyond. Clicks that are almost non-existent. An example with dates. We published the article «99 image prompts for ChatGPT» on graphemics. net on September 2, 2026. Search Console didn’t register a single impression until September 11: nine days of total silence. If you’d measured after a week, you’d have said the article doesn’t work. What does make sense to review in month one is something else—and it’s a yes/no: Is the page indexed? Check in Search Console with the URL inspection. Does it show up for any query yet? Even if it’s in position 40. Does the title match what people search for? It’s the one thing you can fix fast and notice quickly. Measuring clicks, traffic, or sales in the first month is measuring too early. What happens next: the same article, three weeks later That same page, so... Changing a page title is the cheapest SEO move there is: it costs nothing, takes ten minutes, and you can roll it back. That’s also why it’s the one most often sold on promises. We made the change on a live page, marked the date, and measured before and after. The result isn’t a hero case study, which is exactly why we’re sharing it. The starting point On September 15, 2026 we rewrote the titles of 85 pages on steampunk. vip, an apparel and accessories store. They all shared a single template, repeated 85 times. A real example, the blouses one: ▶ Blusas Steampunk Variedad De Blusas Victorianos #Steampunk Vip ⓿25 It was over 90 characters when Google shows about 60, with symbols at the front, the year written with decorative digits, and a lack of agreement («Blusas... Victorianos»). On top of that, all 85 descriptions were the same sentence with one word changed. One honest clarification: although we call them “product pages,” they’re category pages with links to what’s for sale. The lesson still applies, but we won’t pretend they’re product pages with price and a buy button. What we changed on the corsets page We picked /corsets-steampunk/ because it was among the most shown. The new title was «Corsés Steampunk | Modelos y Tallas», with the product up front, under 60 characters, and no symbols. The meta description became a full, unique sentence: leather, brocade and lace corsets, plus a size guide. We didn’t touch content, links, or... A site with nearly two thousand posts accumulates broken links the way a drawer accumulates cables: without anyone deciding it. We crawled the internal links of one of the sites we manage, destinos. fun, and found 477 destinations with issues. We fixed most of them without writing a single new word of content. Here’s the full breakdown, including what didn’t end at zero. The first crawl: September 14, 2026 We read the 1. 873 posts via the WordPress API, pulled every internal link, and requested each destination just once. Result: 1. 233 links, 872 distinct destinations, 477 with issues. The key to the method is counting destinations, not links. A broken destination repeated across a hundred posts is one fix, not a hundred. When we categorized the 477, four very different families emerged: Posts set to «private»: 38. Written, linked from other posts, and never published. For visitors, it’s a 404. Links missing the language prefix /pt/: 195. The Portuguese post exists, but the link points to the path without the prefix and bounces through a redirect. Links without a trailing slash: 365. They work, but each one burns a 301 redirect before loading. One-offs: 10 posts that don’t exist in any state, 7 deleted 2016 images, and 1 scheduled post. A mistake that was on us The first version of the report said there were 225 links with the domain written twice. They didn’t exist. The posts use //destinos. fun/ruta, a protocol‑relative address that works perfectly. The duplicated domain... No existían. Quien fabricaba... The title says twenty, but the exact count says seventeen. Graphemics has been around since 2009, so in 2026 it’s 17 years, and I prefer date math over a round number. What follows is the real journey—what I learned at each stage—and one uncomfortable data point at the end I wasn’t planning to include. 2009: I start at an online travel agency, in Portuguese My first job in digital marketing wasn’t in Spanish. I joined BestDay Travel as a Portuguese Web Content Coordinator. I wrote and edited copy for Brazilian travelers who wanted to visit the Mexican Caribbean. That start shaped me for good: you don’t translate a text—you rewrite it for the reader. And content without search behind it is just decoration. That same year Graphemics was born, in parallel, with my first local clients. 2009 to 2016: seven years inside a large company I moved through roles as SEO analyst, SEO coordinator, and SEO assistant manager, owning the SEO strategy for México, Brasil, Argentina, Colombia, Chile y Uruguay. Six countries, six ways to search for the same hotel. Two lessons I still use: The same intent is worded differently in every country. What in Mexico is “hotel todo incluido” gets searched differently and in a different order in Brazil. Copying a strategy from one country to another costs months. Measure before you opine. In a company with a real budget, nobody buys “I think it works. ” You learn fast to bring the numbers. 2016 and 2017: Brazil... Making predictions about Google is an elegant way to be wrong in public. So this time we won’t guess from intuition: we’ll start with what’s already happening on our own site, with Cancún as the market, and project from there. What follows is an interpretation, not a prophecy, but every point has a number behind it. Starting point: plenty of demand, almost no clicks In the last 180 days —from April 6 to October 3, 2026— graphemics. net showed up in Google for 95 different searches that include «Cancún». Altogether they totaled 6. 909 impressions. Clicks: two. It’s not that no one is searching. Variations of «agencia SEO Cancún» added up to 1. 496 impressions, all between positions 23 and 45. In other words: pages three, four, and five. Of the 6. 909 impressions, only 100 came from the top 10. And the curve isn’t trending up. In April there were 1. 263 impressions for the month; in September, 1. 005. A drop of around 20% without any changes to the site. That’s the first clue of what’s coming. Prediction 1 · Page three is going to be worth even less Today, showing up in position 30 still gives you impressions: Google shows the site to people who scroll or move to the next page. That band is shrinking. Our April-to-September drop happens exactly on the queries where we’re far, not on the... Translating a website is sold as simple math: four languages, four times the market. We have two translated sites and ninety days of data, so instead of opinions we break it down by language. The four-language site One of our real estate portals is live in Spanish, English, Portuguese, and French, with listings matched language by language. In 90 days: Spanish: 1. 785 impressions, 7 clicks. English: 926 impressions, 2 clicks. French: 476 impressions, 2 clicks. Portuguese: 54 impressions, 1 click. The translated versions add up to 1. 456 impressions —45% of the total— and five clicks. In other words: translation does expand your surface area in search, and it does not multiply visits. The fact that Portuguese sits at 54 impressions with the same listings as French —54 times fewer— isn’t a translation issue. It’s that search demand in Portuguese for that product, at that moment, is what it is. The two-language site, where the data gets interesting On graphemics. net, same period: Spanish: 69 URLs, 14. 518 impressions, 44 clicks. CTR of 0,3%. English: 51 URLs, 393 impressions, 9 clicks. CTR of 2,3%. English has 37 times fewer impressions and a CTR that’s seven times better. Nine clicks out of 53 —one in six site clicks— come from a language that represents 2,6% of impressions. There’s the nuance the headline misses: translation doesn’t bring volume, but it can bring higher-quality clicks, because you compete in a market with less noise and clearer intent. Why translation alone isn’t enough... This site has 506 articles and 35 published pages. In the last 90 days, 120 URLs showed up at least once in a Google result and 14 got at least one click. In total: 14. 911 impressions and 53 clicks. The usual industry reaction to those numbers is to publish more. We’re doing the opposite: thirty days without publishing anything new, just fixing what already exists. And we’ll share the before-and-after here, like we did with the title experiment. The inventory, plain and simple 541 URLs published across articles and pages. 120 with some impressions in 90 days. The other 421 don’t exist to Google. 14 with at least one click. The homepage alone: 9. 215 impressions, average position 4,3 and 4 clicks. One article —a list of prompts to generate images— pulls 595 impressions and 26 clicks, half the site’s total clicks. Those last two points are the full diagnosis. There’s a page that shows up a lot and doesn’t get clicked, and an article that appears less and gets clicked a lot. The issue isn’t volume; it’s alignment between what people search and what we offer in the result. The four URLs competing with each other Under the homepage slug lives a family of service pages. In 90 days they add up to 1. 403, 860, 533 y 349 impresiones, with average positions of 30,1, 30,6, 40,4 and 70,0. And zero clicks across all four. These are real service pages we actually sell, showing up for commercial queries,... On September 14, 2026 we rewrote the title and the meta description of 15 pages on this site. Just that: no new paragraph, no link, no image. Two English pages that had been showing a Spanish title, six service pages, and seven articles with impressions. We waited two full weeks and pulled the data from Search Console. We compared it with the two weeks prior to the change. Here’s what we found, including what we didn’t want to see. Impressions: from 69 to 183 Across the 15 pages, in the 14 days before the change (August 31 to September 13) they totaled 69 impressions and 1 click. In the 14 days after (September 16 to 29): 183 impressions and 1 click. Impressions up 2,7x. Clicks, same as before. Page by page, here’s the breakdown: /paginas-web-en-cancun/ — from 1 impression to 100. This is the big mover of the whole experiment. /diseno-grafico-en-cancun/ — from 10 to 22 impressions, and it lost its only click. /creacion-de-contenido-web-en-cancun/ — from 0 to 10. It wasn’t showing at all; now it shows. /publicidad-en-internet/ — from 1 to 8. /seo-youtube-posicionamiento-canal/ — from 16 to 18, but dropping from position 29,5 to 55,7. /el-arte-de-resumir-noticias/ — from 20 to 11 impressions, climbing from position 29,1 to 12,7. /estrategias-para-reducir-costos-en-publicidad/ — from 7 to 0. And the whole site lost clicks Here’s the part a success story wouldn’t tell you. In the same period, the entire site went from 2. 141 impressions and 24 clicks (September 7 to 17) to... “Agencia de posicionamiento web en Cancún” is the query Google has shown us the most in the last 90 days: 181 impressions, zero clicks, average position 33,4. Page four. Before touching anything on our side, we did the obvious: pull the six results that do sit on page one and measure them. No opinions on who does it best. We downloaded each one’s HTML on September 30, 2026 and counted what can be counted: body words, headings, structured data, title length and description length. What’s on page one, measured Huella Digital — 747 words, 4 H2s, Organization schema. Title of 64 characters (Google truncates near 60). Upwego — 2. 203 words, 10 H2s, no local business schema. Their page isn’t about Cancún: it’s about leads B2B. Auténtico SEO — 1. 549 words, 6 H2s, and the most complete markup of the group: LocalBusiness, FAQPage, Person, Organization. BWE — 1. 350 words, 5 H2s, with FAQPage, AggregateRating and geographic coordinates. The page weighs 753 KB. Kabana — 1. 734 words, 11 H2s, organization and search schema. Its meta description is 200 characters: it gets cut in the results. Our page — 1. 386 words, 3 H2, FAQPage implemented. Average position 17,3 over the last eleven days. The pattern: it’s not length, it’s coverage The instinct when you see page one is to count words and write more. The numbers don’t say that. The top result has 747 words, less than half the second. What actually separates the top from the rest... Title de 64 caracteres (Google corta cerca de 60). We’re proposing a challenge that goes against the instinct of almost every site owner: thirty days without publishing anything new. Not a single post or page. The whole month goes to fixing what’s already live. This isn’t a desk idea: it comes from looking at our own numbers, and here they are. Why: what you already have is more valuable than you think On September 30, 2026 we audited graphemics. net. It has 434 posts in Spanish, 71 in English and 35 pages. This is what Search Console returned for the last 90 days, from June 30 to September 28: 118 URLs received at least one impression. The rest never showed up. Together they totaled 14. 922 impressions and 50 clicks. Only 15 URLs got at least one click. The homepage alone accumulated 9. 253 impressions at average position 4,3, and captured 4 clicks. But the stat that really matters is another. There are 54 URLs already showing between positions 11 and 50, with 4. 294 impressions in those 90 days. And there are 121 queries in that same range totaling 3. 713 impressions. The top ten are all our business —«seo cancun», «agencia seo cancun», «paginas web en cancun», «posicionamiento web cancun»— and none of the ten got a single click. That’s demand already validated. Google has already decided those pages are relevant; what’s missing is the push to move from page two, three, or four to page one. Writing a new post won’t give any of them that... This isn’t a success story. It’s a real one, told as it happens. Between September 17 and 20, 2026 we took a real estate site we manage, inversionesdemexico. com, from 77 to 217 published property listings. Today, September 29, it’s 316. Here are the numbers, what broke along the way, and what Google has done with it all in the first week—which is less than anyone would like to brag about. Why listings, not articles The decision came from measurement, not a hunch. By mid-September the site had 1. 108 blog posts and just 73 property listings. The site’s 90‑day average position in Google was 48: page five. But when we split by page type, a pattern popped out: The Cacao Tulum listing was at position 6,5. The French version of Taema Glass Houses, at position 3. Ciudad Colorín, at 16,7. Eleven hundred articles were dragging the average down while the pages that describe something you can buy were actually competitive. The uncomfortable but clear takeaway: the site didn’t need more text—it needed more product pages, and in every language where it has an audience. And there was the second gap. The site runs in four languages—Spanish, English, Portuguese, and French—but there were many more listings in Spanish than in the other three. Around thirty properties existed in just one language. Translating them meant dozens of pages without writing anything from scratch. And French, by the way, was the best proportional responder: France drove fewer impressions than Mexico, but more... It’s the question that kicks off almost every meeting: “Which makes more sense for me, SEO or Google Ads? ” It’s almost always answered wrong, because people compare two things that can’t be compared: the price of a click versus a monthly retainer. The only apples-to-apples metric is what each customer you win actually costs. That’s the math we do here—with a formula, an example, and data from our own site. The only metric that matters for comparison Forget CPC and the SEO package price for a moment. What your business pays is the cost per customer: everything you invested in the channel, divided by the customers you closed thanks to it. In Google Ads, the math looks like this: Cost per customer = cost per click ÷ page conversion rate ÷ sales close rate. In SEO, like this: Cost per customer = monthly investment ÷ customers who came from organic search that month. Sounds obvious, but most businesses that come to us don’t have any of the three inputs in the first formula measured. Without them, “Ads is expensive” or “SEO doesn’t work” are opinions, not diagnoses. Google Ads in Cancún: a range-based example Let’s take a service business in Cancún competing for local searches. With the caveat that every industry and season shifts the numbers, a reasonable scenario looks like this: Cost per click: between 15 and 45 pesos. Page conversion rate (out of 100 visits, how many write or call): between 3% and 8%. Close rate (out... It’s the most repeated piece of advice in content marketing: publish every day and Google will reward you. We applied it on our own site for three years, with no shortcuts and without buying anything. This article is the data from that experiment, and it doesn’t say what the advice promises. 426 articles, 6 with at least one click Before we opine, we counted. On graphemics. net there are 426 published articles, with a median of 1. 089 words each. These aren’t three-hundred-word notes: they’re long-form pieces, structured, with real work behind them. Here’s what Search Console returned: 33 of the 426 showed up at least once in a search result. The other 393 don’t exist to Google. Together they added up to 712 impressions and 8 clicks. 6 articles got at least one click. Six, out of four hundred twenty-six. Put another way: 92% of the blog has never been shown to anyone. And the 1,4% that did show brought in less than one click per month. Meanwhile, a single page did 8. 884 impressions Over the same period on the same site, the homepage alone racked up 8. 884 impressions, with an average position of 4,1. One URL against four hundred twenty-six. The homepage also has the opposite problem, and it’s worth calling it out: with 8. 884 impressions it drew 7 clicks. Showing up in fourth position and getting no traffic isn’t a ranking problem; it’s a title problem. Different diseases, different medicine. Why this happens A... This month we opened, one by one, the websites of 44 hotels in Cancún. We didn’t cherry-pick them: they’re the ones that appear on Google Maps with their own page. We left out the chains —Wyndham, Ramada, OYO— because those sites aren’t decided by the hotel, and measuring them says nothing about the work you could actually do here. Eight of the forty-four don’t even open. The Google listing has a URL, people tap it, and they get an error: page not found, request denied, or a domain that no longer exists. Of the 36 that do load, only five are clean on the five checks we ran. One in seven. Below are the five, with the numbers we found and —this is the important part— how to check each one on your own site without tools and without paying anyone. You don’t need to be technical. These are things you can see. 1. Make sure the site actually opens Fails in 8 of 44. It’s the costliest mistake and the easiest to fix, and most of the time no one knows it’s there: the owner gets to the site by typing the URL from memory, or from an old link, and it works. The one that doesn’t work is the link they put on Google six years ago. How to check it: search for your business on Google from your phone, in an incognito window, and tap the link on your listing. Don’t type the address: tap it from... I hear this question a lot in Cancún, usually in a low voice: “is it really worth paying a membership to go have breakfast with people every week? ” Behind it is a fair suspicion: it sounds like a club, it sounds like a fee, and the result doesn’t show up on next month’s statement. I went looking for what the data says, especially from the United States, where this model has been running for forty years and is measured. Here’s what I found, including what doesn’t add up. The number everyone quotes—and what happens when you divide it BNI, the world’s largest business referral network, published its mid-year report in August 2025. Their figures: 26. 400 million dollars in business generated among its members over twelve months, through 17,4 million referrals, with more than 340. 000 members in 11. 400 chapters across 76 countries. Huge numbers, and they get cited everywhere. But a big number only helps if you break it down. Let’s do it: 26. 400 million divided by 340. 000 members comes out to about 77. 600 dollars per member per year. BNI’s base fee in the United States is roughly 539 to 699 dollars a year, and 700 to 1. 500 if you add sign-up, breakfasts, and events. Which means their own figure implies a return of fifty to one hundred times the cost. And this is where a little skepticism helps, even though the stat is in their favor. That average doesn’t describe a real... Every month, hundreds of people in Cancún type into Google «agencia SEO Cancún», «agencia de posicionamiento web en Cancún» or some variation. Almost none find what they’re actually looking for on page one: they see directories, generic listings, and agencies from another city that bought the keyword. If you run a business here and want to show up when someone looks you up, this is the real work—no fluff. It’s six things, in this order. 1. Intent first, then the keyword «agencia SEO Cancún» is not the same as «cuánto cuesta el SEO» or «cómo aparecer en Google Maps». The first is typed by someone who’s ready to hire and choosing who. The other two are typed by someone who’s still learning. The practical takeaway: one page per intent. If you cram all three into the same piece, Google won’t know what to show you for—and you won’t show up for any. The most common mistake we see on sites in Cancún is a single “services” page trying to cover everything. 2. The result title decides if they click—not your web design This lands best with a number. We’ve audited sites that rank in Google’s top 10 for their main query and get thousands of impressions with only a handful of clicks. It’s not a ranking problem—they’re up there. The title in the result gives no reason to click. What makes a title work: Under 60 characters. Longer, Google cuts it. The exact term the person typed, up front. A... Transform Your Site's Visibility: A Deep SEO Analysis Imagine your website as a hidden city, full of treasures and things worth discovering — and yet, despite all that potential, it sits in the shadows of the search engines. That is the challenge every site owner faces. The answer lies in one essential component: SEO analysis. The process provides valuable information, and it opens the door to visibility you could not reach otherwise. What Is SEO Analysis? SEO analysis is a thorough evaluation of various aspects of your website. By analysing content, structure and performance, you can detect the key opportunities to increase your visibility in search results. So how is this carried out? Let's break it down. The Essential Steps 1. Keyword Research and Evaluation Everything starts here. Identifying the terms and phrases users type when looking for relevant information is a critical stage. It is like finding the keys that open the door to new visitors. Review the keywords you already target, and explore new options that could attract a wider, more engaged audience. 2. Reviewing On-Page Content Once you have the keywords, it is time to review your site's content. Analyse essential elements such as page titles, meta descriptions and headings. This is where the content comes alive and becomes not only useful but genuinely relevant. This step is vital so search engines recognise and index your content correctly. 3. Competitor Analysis In the digital battle, knowing who your competitors are is fundamental. Identifying the effective strategies they... Common Google Ads Mistakes That Hurt Small Businesses In digital marketing, Google Ads is a powerful way for small and medium-sized businesses to gain visibility and attract customers. The road to success, though, is paved with obstacles. Plenty of small businesses end up wrestling with mistakes that cost them time and money instead of producing returns. In this article we go through those mistakes and the fixes that sharpen your advertising strategy — how to get out of the tangle and turn Google Ads into an ally. Inadequate Keyword Research Imagine opening a map without knowing where you want to go. That is how many companies operate when they skip keyword research. Using tools like Google's Keyword Planner is essential. It is not only about finding terms with high search volume, but about combining them with more specific words directly related to your business. That combination is what attracts genuinely interested customers. No Conversion Tracking Without proper tracking, you are firing an arrow blindfolded and hoping to hit the target. If you are not clear on which conversions you are achieving, you get trapped optimising against surface metrics like click-through rate and cost per click. So what should you do? Set up clear, realistic tracking. That is how you evaluate how effective your campaigns really are and make informed adjustments. Low-Quality Landing Pages You have built an excellent campaign and driven traffic to your site — but what happens when visitors arrive and do not find what they came for?... Imagine a world where your advertising campaigns run like a finely tuned aircraft, navigating precisely across different digital channels. That is the essence of Performance Max, Google's tool for optimising your advertising more effectively than before. A comprehensive FAQ has been released addressing the questions advertisers ask most about the platform. So what exactly is Performance Max, and how can it improve your results? What Is Performance Max? Performance Max is a Google campaign type designed to help you reach your marketing objectives through automatic, algorithmic optimisation. Unlike traditional campaigns, it uses artificial intelligence to maximise conversions by letting your ads appear across all Google properties, from YouTube to Search and Display. Picture a single campaign covering every aspect of digital advertising, making sure your message reaches the right audience at the right moment. Key Points Addressed in the FAQ Transparency in Channel-Level Reporting One point raised in the FAQ is the absence of channel-level reporting. The aim is to avoid misunderstandings by focusing on marginal return on investment across channels. Think of it as a holistic view of your campaign: the intention is to strengthen the strategy as a whole rather than judge each channel's effectiveness in isolation. Improving Lead Quality The FAQ gathers recommendations from numerous experts on improving conversion measurement and adopting value-based bidding strategies. That is a real shift, because the approach seeks not just more leads but better ones. Improving lead forms is also essential for reducing invalid traffic and filtering for the people who... Avoid SEO Shortcuts: Build a Strategy That Lasts In a digital world where immediate results are prized more and more, taking shortcuts in search engine optimisation is tempting. But have you ever asked what the consequences of those quick fixes actually are? The reality is that SEO shortcuts damage the long-term health of your website. Let's look at why understanding user intent matters, why a sustainable approach pays, and how to avoid the traps of superficial SEO results. Missing the User's Intent In SEO, understanding user intent is vital. Many tools and shortcuts never analyse deeply what people are really looking for. Rather than focusing only on keyword density, effective SEO professionals consider the semantic phrases that capture the essence of a customer's need. Imagine you run a shoe shop; if you concentrate only on "shoes", you might miss that a customer is specifically searching for "running shoes for beginners". Without recognising the intent behind the search, we risk losing valuable opportunities. SEO Is a Long Game Over time, SEO is a strategy that demands investment and patience — qualities shortcuts and deceptive tactics do not offer. The promise of fast success looks attractive, but it is usually an illusion that ends in failure. Climbing a tree quickly might get you to the higher branches, with a fall waiting. Taking the time to build a solid, well-founded SEO strategy is what produces stable, sustained growth. Ignoring Essential Elements of Site Health SEO tools sometimes overlook critical aspects of a site's... Google Ranking Volatility: Causes, Effects and Solutions In the fast-moving world of SEO, one subject has dominated conversation lately: the instability of Google search rankings. The phenomenon has left plenty of digital marketing specialists worried and confused, asking what is actually happening behind the screen. Why do our pages suddenly get displaced, sometimes drastically, in the search order? The answer lies in several factors, mostly related to Google's constant algorithm updates. The Reasons Behind the Instability Like any good story, the saga of ranking volatility begins at the heart of Google and its algorithms. Among the most relevant reasons: Algorithm updates: Google makes around 5,000 algorithm updates a year. Many are minor and go unannounced, which can produce sudden changes in where sites sit on the results pages. That alone turns the landscape into unpredictable terrain. Competition in your sector: in an environment as competitive as digital marketing, any move by competitors — publishing new content, optimising their pages — can set off a chain reaction that affects your rankings. More activity in a sector pushes some pages up the SERP while others fall. The Impact on Your SEO Strategy The effects of these constant shifts are obvious enough. As algorithm updates alter a site's visibility, it translates into: Traffic swings: web traffic can rise and fall abruptly. That affects not only the number of visits but their quality, which can mean a significant loss of potential customers. Search relevance: if your content does not match users' search intent, performance... Schema Markup: Transforming Your SEO With Structured Data In a digital world where information multiplies at speed, capturing a visitor's attention is a genuine challenge. That is where schema markup comes in — a valuable ally in your SEO strategy. Think of schema markup as a translator between your content and the search engines. It lets your site be understood precisely, which increases your chances of standing out in search results. In this article we will look at what schema markup is, its types, how to implement it, and what it contributes to your visibility online. What Is Schema Markup? Schema markup, also known as structured data, is code added to web pages that helps search engines understand the content. Think of it as a set of instructions telling Google and others which aspects of your content matter most. The code lets information be presented in a richer, more attractive way, including visual elements, ratings, review counts and specialised features such as the preparation time on a recipe. Types of Schema Markup Within the vast universe of schema markup there are more than 30 distinct types supported by industry leaders such as Google. Which are the most common and most useful for your business? Product markup: provides important details about your products — images, ratings, prices, availability and shipping information. Your products become bright stars on a clear night. Local business markup: if you are a local business, this lets you show valuable information such as contact details, service levels... How Influencers Rewrote the Rules of Marketing In a world where traditional advertising feels increasingly distant and artificial, content creators have arrived as the new heroes of modern marketing. These figures, emerging from platforms like YouTube and TikTok, are challenging the old norms set by infomercials. With a distinctive style and considerable charisma, they have found ways to connect intimately with their audience, producing a paradigm shift in how products and services get promoted. A Different Kind of Bond With the Audience One of the most striking aspects of influencer marketing is the genuine relationship these creators build with their followers. Unlike traditional ads, which often feel imposed, the product recommendations influencers share come across as organic. Their approach adapts to what the audience needs, which builds a level of trust conventional methods rarely reach. When an influencer takes the time to explain how a product has genuinely improved their life, that emotional connection goes beyond words. Consumers feel they are getting advice from a friend rather than a salesperson, which raises the credibility of the recommendation. Authenticity in Every Recommendation Another notable difference between influencer marketing and traditional advertising is the level of authenticity creators offer. Their analysis and opinions read as more personal, even intimate, which makes the audience feel more connected. It creates a bubble of trust where consumers feel safe actively following what is recommended. The Power of Conversion Looking closely at how effective this approach is, the conversion rates are striking. Influencer marketing can reach... Strengthening Your Facebook and Instagram Ads With Vertical Video Social media advertising has evolved, and with it come new tools and strategies that can make a real difference to campaign results. If you have wondered how to make your ads on Facebook and Instagram more effective, one powerful answer lies in vertical video formats. It is worth diving into, because each segment of your audience can be reached in a way that suits it. The Magic of 9:16 and 4:5 Picture scrolling your feed and meeting a video that fills the screen with a striking visual narrative. The 9:16 and 4:5 formats are your allies here. The 9:16 format comes alive in Stories and Reels, while 4:5 takes a privileged place in the newsfeed and gives creativity room to work. Using that space intelligently draws attention, and it also creates more chances to interact with potential customers. Optimise Where Your Reels Run Don't stop at creating engaging content — how you present it matters just as much. Real innovation comes from continual adaptation. Producing different versions of your Reels and adjusting their placement gives you valuable information. Testing lets you work out which creative elements drive better results relative to engagement. That adaptability is the key to maximising visibility at the lowest possible cost. The Key Is the Safe Zones When designing your videos, always consider the "safe zones" — the specific areas where essential visual elements such as logos or text should sit, so they stay visible and are... Instagram SEO: Improving Your Visibility and Reach In the vast ocean of social media, standing out is fundamental. Imagine having a window open to the world and nobody looking through it. Instagram SEO is the lighthouse that lights the way and guides people toward your profile. In this guide we will look at how to optimise your presence on Instagram so more people find you, without spending a cent on ads. What Is Instagram SEO? Instagram SEO is not simply about stuffing your content with hashtags and keywords. It is a deeper process of improving your profile and your content to increase your visibility on the platform. Optimisation is key, because a well-structured approach connects you with users genuinely interested in what you offer. It matters to be present across several areas: from users' feeds to the Explore tab, and not forgetting Reels — all of it affects how findable you are. How Instagram SEO Works Understanding Instagram SEO means understanding how its algorithm operates. Three elements play a crucial role in determining what content users see: Search text: the keywords typed into the search bar are matched against usernames, bios, captions, hashtags and locations, which is what makes your profile appear in the right results. User activity: this is where personalisation comes in. Results vary according to the accounts a user follows and how they have interacted with previous posts. Post popularity: posts that attract more engagement are more likely to be seen. The more likes, comments and shares... The Power of Social Media Metrics Imagine sailing the vast ocean of social media with a ship full of ideas and valuable content. The further you go, the more you realise you need a compass. That compass is your social media metrics. From simple numbers to genuinely meaningful data, they let you find the right direction toward your digital marketing objectives. Here you will see how to set the best strategies and what to change to strengthen your presence online. Why Social Metrics Matter Metrics go beyond surface figures; they are the key to understanding how your campaigns are really performing. They let you unpick the connection between your content and real audiences. Wondering whether your message resonates with your followers? Metrics are the answer. Every like, every comment and every share tells a story: the story of your engagement in the digital space. Types of Metrics: Where to Start Metrics fall into categories that help you understand your impact: Reach and impressions: these quantify how many people see your content, giving you a clear picture of how far your messages travel. Engagement: reactions, comments, shares and saves. This type of metric is vital, because it reflects genuine interest in your content. Follower growth and demographics: measuring how your audience grows and understanding its characteristics helps you personalise your strategy. Conversions: evaluate how effective your work is with conversion rate and click-through rate. These tell you how successful your campaigns are at generating sales or sign-ups. Putting the Metrics to... The Complete Guide to Running a Social Media Audit If you have ever wondered how to lift your brand's presence on social media, this is for you. In the vast space of digital marketing, where every like counts and a single comment can make a difference, a social media audit becomes an essential tool. But what does the process actually involve, and how can it change your strategy? Here we go through every step, the benefits that are easy to miss, and the things worth weighing up. The Purpose of the Audit Why should you care about a social media audit? The answer is simple: to understand which parts of your strategy are working and which need adjusting. The analysis lets you identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats around your digital presence. Knowing that is empowering, and it can be exactly the push your brand needs. What to Evaluate These are the essential elements to look at closely during the audit: Presence: make sure you can answer: which platforms is your brand active on? Is it consistent across all of them? Clarity is fundamental. Reach: evaluate follower count, monthly growth and the total reach of your posts. These indicators define your success on social. Audience: know who you are actually reaching. Studying the demographics, behaviour and interactions of your audience is key to an effective strategy. Content: review the type of content you publish, how often, and how you can repurpose material effectively to get the most out of... Common SEO Mistakes and How to Prevent Them Picture this: you have built a website with real care. Every page is full of relevant, valuable content. And yet, despite the effort, visits are scarce and traffic is not improving. What is going on? The answer may lie in the common SEO mistakes a lot of people overlook. Below we go through those slips and how to avoid falling into them, so your site can stand out in the vast digital ocean. Why Mobile Adaptability Is Essential In a world where most people browse from their phones, a design that does not adapt to mobile devices is a serious obstacle. Google uses mobile-first indexing, which prioritises the mobile version of a site. If your site does not look right on smaller screens, you will likely lose users and, with them, traffic. Make sure your design responds to different screen sizes and you will see your rankings improve. Duplicate Content and Structural Hierarchy A curious fact: Google does not like duplicate content. Having multiple URLs that lead to the same content creates confusion and damages your rankings. So choose a preferred domain and work on original, exclusive content for each page. Beyond that, thinking through how to organise your content hierarchically is crucial. Good organisation is friendly to search engines, and it gives users a better experience too. Links: The Truth About Why They Matter Links that lead nowhere are dead ends: frustrating and confusing. Broken links damage the user experience and... Performance Max: More Control and More Transparency In a world where automation has become a necessity, Google has made significant changes to Performance Max. The update has been welcomed by advertisers who wanted more control and more visibility over their campaigns. Imagine being able to supervise how your ads perform with the precision of a pilot reading an instrument panel. That is how Google has changed the digital advertising experience. One of the most anticipated additions is channel-level performance reporting. It lets advertisers see how their budget is distributed and what results come from each Google platform. You can now analyse specific metrics — impressions, clicks, costs and conversions — broken down by channel, whether that is Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display, Gmail, Discover or Maps. That visibility is power, and a key part of optimising every unit of spend. Performance Max has also introduced campaign-level negative keyword lists. That makes managing shared lists across several campaigns easier, reducing duplicated effort and making sure your message reaches the right audience. Imagine expanding a campaign without losing focus — which is exactly what higher search theme limits allow, now 50 per asset group instead of 25. The change widens reach while keeping the promoted content relevant. Demographic targeting has improved significantly too. It now includes targeting by age and device, with gender targeting in beta. This lets you personalise messages and direct them at specific groups, which raises the chances of conversion. Like a tailor fitting a suit, advertisers can adjust campaigns... Conversion Rate Optimisation: Getting More From the Traffic You Have Think of your website as a physical shop. In a real space, attracting visitors is only the first step. What actually matters is how many of those shoppers reach the till. That is where conversion rate optimisation comes in — the craft of turning passing visitors into satisfied customers. In this article you will see how each step you take can lead more people to complete the action you want on your site, whether that is making a purchase, filling in a form or subscribing to your newsletter. Objectives and Analysis: The Foundation Every serious journey starts with a clear destination. The first stage in optimising your conversion rate is setting objectives. Make them SMART: specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time-bound. That gives you a concrete direction and lets you evaluate progress properly. Once the objectives exist, the next step is understanding how your visitors behave. This is where tools like Google Analytics and heatmaps earn their place. They let you observe the path users take through your site and spot the obstacles interrupting the conversion process. Seeing a lot of visitors abandon the cart? Analysing that data is crucial to working out which adjustments you need. Optimisation Strategies Conversion rate optimisation is not a one-off task; it is a continuous process, and it is worth the effort. Start with these: Improve the Checkout Experience One of the most critical areas is the payment interface. Design a system that is... Why Efficient Web Architecture Matters for SEO Imagine standing in an enormous library where, instead of finding the book you want, the shelves are piled up at random. You follow references that lead to empty spaces, and more often than not you leave frustrated without what you came for. That is close to what visitors experience on a website whose architecture has not been thought through. A site's structure plays a fundamental role in both SEO performance and user experience. Let's look at how to build a site that is effective and welcoming — to users and to search engines alike. Crawlability: The Way In to Your Content Crawlability is how easily search engines can read and index the various pages of your site. Good architectural design lets crawlers — those tireless robots — reach and understand your content, avoiding problems like broken links and slow loading. Just as a tour guide makes a route easy to follow, your web architecture should let search robots find every corner without difficulty. Navigation and Usability: An Experience That Works Your website should not be a maze. Solid information architecture means users can navigate intuitively. A clear hierarchical structure is only the beginning. Think of breadcrumbs the way you would in a recipe: they guide you through the process step by step. Breadcrumbs on your site do the same for users as they move around, giving them confidence and clarity. Descriptive URLs: A Clear Path URLs are the road signs of your site.... YouTube Device Analytics: What Changed for Creators YouTube has always been a beacon of opportunity for creators everywhere. But in a world where access to information is vital, having clear and accurate analytics matters just as much. That is where YouTube's update to its analytics tools comes in — specifically in how it handles data about the devices the audience uses to reach your content. In this article we go through the most significant of these improvements and what they change about the way creators read and use their data. Better Visibility of Device Data One recurring complaint was how hard creators found it to understand which devices their viewers were using. YouTube has addressed that: the update now shows device-type data far more clearly in the Audience tab. On desktop and on mobile alike, the change considerably improves a creator's ability to get an accurate picture of how their content is consumed. Access to TV Data Television viewing data used to be something of a maze. Many creators struggled to reach it in the old desktop view. Under the new layout all of it is more accessible, which makes it far easier to understand how and on what devices videos are watched. That creates a real opportunity for creators to adjust their strategy once they can see how content performs on a bigger screen. Why This Matters to Creators Device type should not be underestimated, because it feeds into YouTube's recommendation system. Knowing whether your audience watches mainly on... The Future of YouTube: Its Priorities for the Year Ahead In a world where digital content moves at speed, YouTube is not standing still. The platform is positioning itself to adapt to a constantly shifting environment and to take advantage of the new consumption habits shaping the user experience. With a clear focus on innovation, YouTube has set out its main priorities, and each one reflects a deep understanding of modern habits and the needs of its vast audience. Consolidating on Connected TV One of the most prominent items on YouTube's agenda is consolidating its position on connected TV. In Spain alone, more than 9 million users aged between 18 and 44 watch the platform on a big screen, and that is redefining how content is produced and distributed. Traditional mobile viewing is being complemented — and in places overtaken — by this format. The shift toward CTV is transforming the viewing experience, producing longer sessions and higher audience retention. That benefits users, and it benefits creators too, who can now produce content designed specifically for this way of watching. The Growth of Sports Content Another essential pillar of YouTube's strategy is the growth of sports content. Users increasingly turn to the platform for match highlights, sports analysis, live streams and exclusive material from specialist creators. That passion for sport is driving a notable increase — more than 30% — in watch time for sports content on television globally compared with the previous year. The trend shows fans do not... The YouTube Algorithm: How It Works and How to Beat It In the vast ocean of video YouTube offers, a sophisticated algorithm sits underneath, working out which content will resonate most with the audience. Picture a well-read friend who understands your taste and shows you only what genuinely interests you. That is exactly what the YouTube algorithm does — and for many creators it remains a puzzle. Want to know how it works and how to get ahead of it? Come along, and let's uncover the secrets behind this fascinating system. How the Algorithm Evolved The story of YouTube's algorithm reads like a drama. In the beginning it judged popularity by raw view count. That simplicity encouraged clickbait, and plenty of creators focused more on the headline than on the actual content. In 2012 the story changed: watch time took priority, rewarding videos that kept an audience engaged for longer. Now a new chapter is unfolding, driven by artificial intelligence. The algorithm analyses viewer behaviour at an individual level to deliver more personalised recommendations. So how do you use that to grow your content? Let's go through the key components that determine success on the platform. Key Components for Increasing Your Visibility Performance Metrics To navigate the algorithm's waters, you need to know which metrics matter. Watch time, click-through rate, likes, comments and shares are your best allies. Each one acts as a quality signal telling the algorithm how compelling your content is. Engagement and Retention Engagement is the key... 7 AI Image Generation Tools to Enrich Your Content Creating visual content that holds attention has become essential to attracting and keeping an audience. Producing high-quality images by hand, though, is demanding — and that is where artificial intelligence comes in. In this article we will look at seven impressive AI image generation tools, covering everything from photorealistic art to creative graphics, and offering practical ways to lift your projects. 1. Adobe Firefly Adobe Firefly is not just another tool; it changes how we approach graphic design. It produces photorealistic images with rich textures and a level of detail that is hard to match. What makes Firefly impressive is its range: it generates images, and it also lets you create vector designs and resize images without losing quality. As a bonus, a beta feature opens the door to creating video. It is clearly a tool for anyone after a professional result. Pricing starts at $4. 99 a month for 100 generative credits, or you can access it as part of the Adobe Creative Cloud plan at $59. 99 a month. 2. Leonardo AI Leonardo AI is a remarkably powerful tool for digital art, built on Stable Diffusion models. Its ability to generate multiple images from a single prompt makes it a favourite among designers. It also lets you design custom characters using reference images and explore a wide range of styles. With subscription plans starting at $10 a month, its flexibility and control make it stand out in the AI... The Complete Guide to Setting Up Google Analytics 4 If you are looking for a way to understand how users actually interact with your website, there is no better tool than Google Analytics 4 (GA4). Web analytics is a lighthouse showing the way toward better digital strategy. It lets you make decisions based on real data, which can be the difference between a successful site and one that struggles to attract visitors. In this article I will walk you through every step needed to set up Google Analytics 4 and start gathering valuable information about your domain. Create a Google Analytics Account The journey starts by creating an account in Google Analytics. Sign in to the platform with your Google account. If you do not have one, don't worry — creating it is straightforward. Choose the type of use you need: personal for your own projects, or a business account if you manage a growing site. Fill in the basics, such as the account name, and set the time zone and currency so the reports match your expectations. Create a GA4 Property Once your account exists, it is time to create a GA4 property. Just as a tree needs solid roots, your Google Analytics account needs a property to collect data specific to your website or app. Here you will name the property and define the time zone and currency that best reflect the data you will be working with. Provide Your Business Information Google Analytics will also ask you... Imagine opening a physical shop in a busy commercial plaza. Your goal is to attract the people walking past and the visitors searching online. Just as in the physical world, where your storefront, your layout and your atmosphere matter, in the digital world SEO is what makes your Shopify store stand out. Here we will go through the strategies that genuinely improve your SEO and make your store shine in the vast marketplace of the web. URL Optimisation: Your Passport to Visibility URLs are the addresses that bring visitors to your store, and they need to be clear and descriptive. Picture a customer searching for a particular T-shirt and landing on www. mystore. com/collections/cat123. Now think about the difference if that read www. mystore. com/collections/cotton-t-shirts. Optimising the URL improves clarity and also works relevant keywords in, which helps search engines find you more easily. Avoiding Duplicate Content: Keeping It Original Ever had the feeling something is repeating over and over? In SEO, duplicate content is one of the great enemies, and it can seriously damage your rankings. To fight it, implement canonical tags — signals to search engines indicating which version of the content is the main one. That protects your store's originality and makes sure visitors always reach the best of what you offer. Choosing an SEO-Friendly Theme Your store's theme is the wrapping on a gift. It has to be attractive, and it has to be functional. Choosing a theme that loads fast, is responsive and allows advanced... ChatGPT: OpenAI's Move Into Digital Advertising Imagine a world where artificial intelligence does not only help with your daily tasks but is also transforming how brands talk to us. That future is not far off. OpenAI, the mind behind ChatGPT, is in the middle of turning its popular conversational assistant into a full advertising platform. How that transformation is happening, and what it means for the global advertising landscape, is worth exploring. OpenAI has recently started recruiting specialists in digital marketing, a significant milestone in its trajectory. The move involves building a robust team dedicated to ChatGPT's growth. That team will focus on building internal systems to manage advertising campaigns and to handle attribution in real time. The question is: what does this actually mean for the advertising community and for users? A New Horizon: Building Its Own Infrastructure The advertised role points toward developing APIs, data pipelines and experimental frameworks. That is a clear sign OpenAI intends to build its own advertising infrastructure, avoiding dependence on outside agencies. It is a bold move, and it positions OpenAI as a serious competitor in a field dominated by giants like Google, Meta and Amazon. More Than 700 Million Opportunities With more than 700 million weekly active users, ChatGPT already has the reach to attract advertisers. The figure demonstrates its relevance, and it also underlines the appeal of investing in a platform adapting itself to what the market needs. Why invest in a space where competition is already fierce, when you can... You ask ChatGPT for an image, it gives you something correct but flat, and you don't know what to write to make it come out right. The problem is almost never the model: it is that you are describing what you want to see, but not how you want to see it. That second part has a vocabulary of its own, and it is the same one photography and cinema have used for a century. When you write /goldenhour you are not triggering a secret command: you are naming a specific lighting condition the model has seen in millions of tagged photographs. That is why it works, and why it works so well. Below are 99 of those words, sorted by what they control. There is nothing to memorise. Keep the list to hand, pick three or four per image, and the difference from what you were doing before is enormous. How to use them You write them alongside your description, in the same sentence. The slash is not required — the model understands "golden hour" as readily as /goldenhour — but it helps you: at a glance it separates the description from the settings. An example. This is what most people write: A cup of coffee on a wooden table And this is the same thing with four commands: A cup of coffee on a wooden table /cinematic /goldenhour /shallowdepth /8k The first gives you a catalogue photo. The second gives you a scene: warm mid-afternoon light coming in... Why a Marketing Calendar Decides Whether Your Strategy Works In a world where trends and opportunities shift fast, a marketing calendar has become essential for any professional trying to structure and plan their strategy effectively. Imagine being able to see your goals laid out across the year, anticipate campaigns and guarantee consistency in your communication. If that sounds like wishful thinking, think again. A solid calendar can turn that vision into something real. Here is how. Why the Marketing Calendar Matters The value of a marketing calendar lies in its ability to maximise seasonal opportunities and prepare the ground for the key events in your industry. Picture launching a product during Black Friday, using the rush of consumers hunting for offers. With a well-designed calendar you can plan ahead, shaping your message and your channels to capture attention at precisely the right moment. That translates into visibility, and into sales and customer loyalty too. What Goes Into a Marketing Calendar Your calendar should include the significant dates and events across the year. Consider occasions like New Year, Valentine's Day, Earth Day, Halloween and Christmas — each a golden opportunity to launch a specific campaign that resonates with your audience. By identifying those key days, you can create content that is relevant, informative, and that brings your brand closer to people at moments that matter to them. Organising the Content A marketing calendar is not only for marking dates; it also works as a content calendar. It means planning and organising... AI Prompting Rubrics: Better Instructions in Higher Education Imagine a classroom where artificial intelligence is not just a tool but a collaborator that understands your teaching needs. That is not a daydream; it is what AI prompting rubrics are already delivering. These structured frameworks do more than assess — they improve the quality of the instructions given to generative AI models. In higher education, that matters even more. Rubrics work as a compass in a sea of information, offering systematic guidance for writing effective prompts. But what makes a prompt genuinely effective? The key elements are clarity, specificity, context and iterative refinement, all aimed at getting accurate, relevant answers out of the model. Getting to Know the Frameworks Among these frameworks, the R-I-T-A model stands out: Role, Information, Task and Adaptability. The approach assigns specialised roles to the AI, which lets it draw on the user's own valuable information and adjust its output to what is actually needed. Picture a teaching assistant that knows the part it is meant to play and what kind of information it needs to be genuinely useful. There is also CLEAR, built for people taking their first steps with AI. It centres on short inputs, so novice users can interact effectively with the technology without feeling overwhelmed. Beyond those, chain of thought and prompt chaining techniques handle more complex tasks and contribute to a more dynamic learning experience. The Revolution in the Classroom In education these tools are not limited to writing prompts. They can... Exploring the Subconscious: AI and the Analysis of Dreams In the enigmatic realm of dreams there has always been a search to understand the mysteries hidden behind the images we visit while we sleep. What might our deepest thoughts and traumas reveal, and how do they connect to daily life? In a recent experiment, a researcher decided to use artificial intelligence as a compass for navigating this journey into the human subconscious. As we go, we will see how this technology can change the way we perceive ourselves and what our dreams actually mean. How Does AI Dream Analysis Work? The core premise of the experiment rests on the idea that dreams reflect our subconscious mental activity. With the help of artificial intelligence, researchers can explore the patterns and symbols that emerge in our dreams, which makes a deeper analysis possible. The approach promises to reveal aspects of the mind that usually go unexplored. What the AI Actually Does AI tools have become essential here, because they allow a detailed classification and analysis of the visual elements present in participants' dreams. Using advanced algorithms capable of recognising shapes, emotions and patterns, artificial intelligence uncovers hidden narratives and also brings out psychological questions that might slip past a conventional interpretation. Ethics and Privacy: The Hidden Side of AI For all the exciting potential artificial intelligence offers, ethical dilemmas come with it. Analysing dreams means dealing with privacy and the protection of oneiric data. Informed consent has to be a priority in... LinkedIn Thought Leader Ads: The Missing Piece in Your Event Strategy In the vast universe of digital advertising, some tools genuinely change how we connect with an audience. One of them is the LinkedIn Thought Leader Ad — a format whose potential seems to have no ceiling. But what exactly are they? And more importantly, how can they turn your event posts into a real success? The premise is simple: LinkedIn is not only a space for networking, it is a powerful ally in marketing. Thought Leader Ads are designed to amplify the voice of experts across industries, letting their content reach a wider and more specific audience. That raises visibility, and it also acts as a bridge toward stronger relationships with professionals looking for knowledge and leadership in their fields. Why Thought Leadership Matters Becoming a thought leader means positioning yourself as an authority on a particular subject. It carries a commitment: sharing valuable insight and bringing clarity to the trends that matter. In a digital era where information moves fast, your voice needs to come through clearly. LinkedIn Thought Leader Ads give you that platform. Imagine you are organising an event packed with experts, original thinkers and leaders working on emerging trends. How do you make sure those same experts are seen and recognised by the right audience? That is where LinkedIn advertising comes in. These ads let you highlight the expertise of the people taking part, so the audience is not only interested in the event but... When to Trust Google Ads AI — and When Not To In the digital era, online advertising and automation play a decisive role in a company's success. Google Ads, one of the most robust platforms for digital promotion, has become an indispensable ally for marketers. Yet faced with Google Ads' artificial intelligence, plenty of people are unsure when it is appropriate to trust the technology. How do you decide when to hand over the reins to this sophisticated tool? Below we break down the moments when you can rely on the AI fully, and the ones where you should keep strategic control of your campaigns. When you SHOULD trust Google Ads AI Google's artificial intelligence is particularly powerful in certain parts of campaign management. Here is where it works best, and why it is worth trusting. 1. Automating repetitive tasks Automation is one of the main advantages of artificial intelligence. The technology is remarkably effective at optimising bids automatically and making real-time adjustments without manual intervention. Imagine delegating the repetitive tasks that eat your time to an efficient machine. If you have campaigns with enough historical data and consistent conversions, the AI can keep your advertising running at its optimum point. 2. Data-driven optimisation The smart features in Google Ads can process vast volumes of information in real time. That lets the AI adjust strategy and improve ad targeting automatically. Think of it as a co-pilot constantly reading the road and making corrections so you reach your destination as fast... The SEO Revolution: How Artificial Intelligence Is Rewriting the Rules Imagine a world where limits of time and resources dissolve, and where looking for information becomes a fluid, efficient experience. That is the present artificial intelligence is building inside SEO. This is not a passing trend; it is a paradigm shift, and it opens enormous possibilities for anyone working to improve their presence online. Today we will look together at the fundamentals of AI-driven SEO and how they are changing the way companies talk to their audience. AI-Powered Keyword Research Keyword research, one of the essential pillars of SEO, has been transformed by AI tools. We are no longer tied to tedious manual processes. With the ability to analyse vast amounts of data in seconds, these technologies deliver insight that used to be unimaginable. Picture being able to anticipate which terms will become popular before your competition even considers them. That is not a possibility; it is already real. AI systems apply predictive analysis to uncover emerging trends weeks before they show up in conventional searches. Semantic Clustering and Intent Classification Another fascinating aspect of AI in SEO is its ability to understand the semantics behind words. It is no longer about finding similar terms, but about understanding the underlying intent of the user. Today's algorithms can recognise relationships between keywords and group them by intent rather than by form. That produces a richer, more personalised search experience, where every query is interpreted with the user's context and purpose in... Paid Media and the AI Shift: What Is Actually Changing In a world where information moves at the speed of light, we often find ourselves hunting for answers to complicated questions. Today we are going to look at a field where creativity and technology meet: the intersection of paid media and artificial intelligence. Even when the specific piece of news you were after isn't in your search results, there is a whole universe of trends and shifts reshaping the industry. AI hit the marketing industry like a tornado, carrying off old ways of working and setting new standards that promise far more efficient advertising campaigns. Picture a tool that analyses data in real time, optimises ads and predicts consumer behaviour — that is only a fraction of what artificial intelligence can do. But what is happening right now inside paid media? The Paid Media Era: Strategies in Motion Paid media teams in particular are under unprecedented pressure to adapt to these emerging technologies. As algorithms grow more sophisticated, advertising strategy has to evolve with them. The key is combining creative thinking with solid, AI-driven analysis. Automation and Personalisation: A Powerful Pair One of the great advantages of artificial intelligence in paid media is the ability to automate processes that used to take hours of human work. That saves time, and it also frees teams to concentrate on creativity and strategy. At the same time, AI enables a level of personalisation nobody had seen before. Imagine receiving ads that look as... The Two Faces of How We See Artificial Intelligence In a world where technology moves at extraordinary speed, it is fascinating to watch artificial intelligence become part of ordinary life. But the deeper we go into what AI is, the more questions and concerns surface about where it leads. Recent research revealed a curious paradox: the more someone knows, the more they doubt. Public Opinion, Inverted It is striking that people with limited knowledge of AI tend to hold a more favourable view of its development and use. Picture a child at a window watching an extraordinary flying machine. For them it is pure wonder. They do not know whether the machine is dangerous or safe; they simply enjoy watching it. That inversion — where not knowing produces appreciation — is visible in how most people perceive AI. The Comfort of Not Knowing A lack of understanding translates into optimism. People who have not waded into the technical detail often do not know the dangers or the ethical dilemmas that come with artificial intelligence. How does a generative language model actually work? Some of the public asks; much of it does not, and finds comfort in a more benign picture. That selective unfamiliarity lends the technological future a particular shine. Where the Worry Comes From People who have gone into the subject, on the other hand, walk into a maze of ethical and technical questions. Like a traveller who discovers things they would rather not have learned, those with the... Improving the SEO of Your Editorial Content: The Essentials In the vast ocean of digital information, staying visible is a constant challenge. Have you ever wondered how websites manage to hold the attention of search engines and, through them, of readers? The answer lies in applying solid, effective strategy to your editorial content. Here is what actually works. Why Site Optimisation Matters Think of your website as a city, and optimisation as the infrastructure that lets people move through it. A clean, organised structure is what allows search engines to crawl and index your pages without friction. That means paying attention to an intuitive navigation menu and a responsive design, so every visitor gets an experience that feels smooth rather than frustrating. On-Page SEO Best Practice On-page SEO plays a fundamental role in whether your editorial content gets seen. The key here is using titles and descriptions properly. Every piece needs a title carrying the relevant keywords, well structured with H1, H2 and H3 tags. That does not only optimise the content; it makes it more accessible and more inviting for your readers. Choosing Your Keywords Picture hunting for treasure with a map. Every keyword is a marker pointing at where people are actually looking. Do the research to identify the terms your potential readers will use. Phrases like "publisher in [city]" or "[genre] books" can be what brings the right traffic to your site. Choose keywords that match what your readers genuinely need and want. High-Quality Content This is... Changes to YouTube Shorts: What They Mean for Creators YouTube keeps evolving, and so does the way we engage with video. From 31 March 2025, YouTube changed how it counts views on short videos — Shorts. This is not merely a technical update: it is designed to bring YouTube's metrics into line with platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels. A New Era of View Counting Imagine scrolling your feed and landing on a short video that grabs you. Previously, YouTube only counted a view if the video played for a minimum amount of time. That has changed. From the date above, YouTube counts a view every time a Short starts or replays, with no minimum watch time required. The adjustment makes the view metric more accessible, and it benefits the many creators who have found in Shorts a fun, fast way to connect with an audience. Understanding Engaged Views But wait — this is not only a change in form, it is a change in substance. The metric used before, the one that counted views only after a minimum watch time, now has a new name: "engaged views". What does that mean for you? Engaged views live in YouTube Analytics' advanced mode, giving creators a fuller picture of genuine interaction with their content. The Effect on Your Channel With this change, creators can expect their view counts to rise. Exposure is everything: more views can mean more chances at engagement and channel growth. Your Shorts can accumulate views more steadily,... The AI Revolution in Dream Interpretation Picture waking up with your head full of intriguing symbols and half-remembered stories — a journey through imagined worlds while you slept. Now picture unravelling those dreams with the help of technology, and artificial intelligence in particular. It is happening, and it is changing how we understand the subconscious. How the Interpretation Works AI platforms built around dreams are doing something genuinely interesting. They use advanced algorithms to analyse the details people record about what they dreamt. Every image, every emotion, every scene entered into the system is compared against extensive databases holding years of research on dream patterns, symbolism and psychological theory. The result is a personalised interpretation that highlights recurring symbols and what they tend to mean, adding to the dreamer's understanding of their own emotional life. The Science Behind It Recent research has confirmed the potential of artificial intelligence in neuroscience. Dr Yukiyasu Kamitani at Kyoto University has led studies that reconstruct the images people are seeing while awake, using brain scans. Consider what adapting that technique to dreams could mean. AI could tie patterns of brain activity to specific themes in these nocturnal stories, giving us a deeper view of what happens in our minds while we sleep. What It Could Do for Mental Health AI-assisted dream analysis can offer valuable perspective in mental health. Think of therapists with tools that help them understand their patients' fears, desires and unresolved traumatic experiences. Beyond therapy, the approach could support early detection... Every click on your website is a map leading to real understanding of your visitors. In the vast ocean of the digital world there is a bright opportunity sitting in plain sight: connecting Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console (GSC). That pairing promises a clear view of how people use your site, and turns your work into search strategy that actually functions. So how do you put this combination to use? Here is what comes out of the merge. One View of Your SEO Google's own guidance points to the value of a unified perspective when you combine GA4 and GSC. GA4 is the telescope that lets you watch how people behave once they are on your site; GSC is the lighthouse showing how your site performs in Google's search results. Together they give you the whole picture of what is happening. Using Looker Studio for Visualisations That Land Think about seeing your organic search traffic in one place, laid out properly. That is what Looker Studio does for the GA4 and GSC integration. The guide walks through setting up the data sources and building illustrative charts. Picture taking in the flow of visitors at a glance, with GA4 and GSC metrics clearly distinguished. It makes your site's performance legible in a way it was not before. The Metrics That Matter Metrics are the oxygen of any SEO effort. Combining GA4 and GSC lets you monitor the things that count: sessions, engagement rates, returning users, clicks and click-through... The Future of SEO: Artificial Intelligence and Automation Imagine a future where artificial intelligence not only understands what people need, but predicts their intent before they have put it into words. That is the horizon in front of search engine optimisation. There is broad agreement about the trends that will shape it, and they come down to automation and predictive algorithms that will permanently change how we reach information online. Advanced Automation in Content Production Automation is already part of content creation, but what is coming is a considerable leap. AI systems are being built to generate content that is not only efficient but relevant and properly in context. Which means articles, blogs and posts that understand your brand's voice and tone, produced without a human in the loop. Automation-oriented algorithms will reach the point of analysing enormous volumes of data to work out what kind of content resonates with your audience, so you publish things that inform and actually hold attention. Adapting the message to what is happening right now will be routine. Picture a weekly report telling you which topics will be trending next week. That stops being a distant idea and becomes something you simply have. Predictive Algorithms: Knowing the Audience Before They Do Predictive algorithms are built to give a deeper read on emerging trends. Think of them as marketing assistants who are always one step ahead. Using historical data and analysing it in real time, they tell you not only what is trending now but... Anthropomorphism in Chatbots: When AI Starts to Feel Human Imagine opening a conversation with a virtual assistant and feeling as though you are talking to a friend. That is the experience chatbots are creating today. But how do these tools end up feeling so close to us? The answer lies in a psychological phenomenon called anthropomorphism, and it shapes more and more of how we deal with artificial intelligence. Understanding Anthropomorphism Anthropomorphism is the human tendency to attribute traits, emotions and intentions to things that are not human. In this case, chatbots are programs that, once given anthropomorphic attributes such as a name and a personality, manage to build an emotional connection with the people using them. That closeness is no accident: it is rooted in our need for connection and for being understood. When a chatbot introduces itself in a friendly, personal way, the user's experience changes. An assistant that opens with a warm greeting and recognises the customer's particular situation builds far more trust than one that comes across as mechanical or merely functional. More Trust, More Satisfaction The consequences of that emotional connection are significant. Trust and satisfaction rise noticeably, particularly in areas like customer service and healthcare. A patient who talks to a chatbot that responds with empathy about their medical concerns is likely to feel far more at ease than one dealing with something cold and distant. Growing Alongside AI As chatbots grow more sophisticated and take on these human-like characteristics, their use spreads. Businesses... YouTube's New Shorts View Count: What You Need to Know In a world where social media owns our attention, YouTube has made a bold move that could change the rules of the game for everyone. From 31 March 2025, the platform began counting views on short videos — Shorts — in a completely different way. But what does that actually mean? Let's walk through the details of this significant change and what it implies for creators and viewers alike. The Updated View Counting Method: A Fresh Start The first part of the shift is a new way of counting views. From that date on, every time a Short starts or replays, it counts as a view. That simple. Forget minimum watch-time requirements. YouTube is removing the barriers and making it easier for creators to be seen. Which means a clip lasting only a few seconds can now contribute to a channel's growth in a way that was not possible before. Falling in Line with Other Platforms: A Global Strategy? This adjustment is not an isolated move. It brings YouTube's metrics into line with platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels, which already count views from the instant playback begins. Is this YouTube's way of competing in the social media arena? It certainly looks like it. With the change, the platform gives creators a fairer shot at standing out in an already crowded space. Engaged Views Stay: A Necessary Balance Don't worry, the old metrics are not disappearing. What we know as... On the Despertando el Nuevo Tulum stage, Manuel Jasso shared a chat we had minutes before he went up. His question was straightforward: what’s the highest-impact use of artificial intelligence for a real estate advisor in 2027. Not in 2026. In 2027. The answer isn’t about writing posts or generating images of the unit. It’s more uncomfortable than that: automate everything you do that isn’t closing, until the only thing left on your calendar is closings. Do the math on your week Answering the same five questions as always. Chasing someone who was never going to buy. Sending the same brochure for the tenth time. Filling out the spreadsheet. Following up with someone who already said no but didn’t dare say it to you. When you subtract all that, the time you truly spend selling is two hours a day, on a good day. The problem was never a lack of contacts. It’s that your day is full of work that isn’t selling, and that work can be delegated. What timeshare figured out forty years ago It’s the example Manuel used, and it’s spot on. In a timeshare operation the closer doesn’t prospect, doesn’t filter, and doesn’t chase. There’s a whole machine — acquisition, surveys, perks, confirmations, reminders — whose only purpose is to seat a pre-qualified person in front of the closer at an agreed time. That machine used to require a team of twenty people. Today you can build it with artificial intelligence and automation, and it runs... Perseguir a quien nunca iba a comprar. One hour a week to create content and cero pesos for tools is the real-world situation for almost any small business. On Wednesday, September 2 we packed a room at Restaurante Hong Kong in Cancún with business owners, consultants, and people who wanted to stop hearing about artificial intelligence and start using it. Three hours. Twenty confirmed. Zero theory slides. Here’s exactly what we did, step by step, with the exact prompts and the real images generated in the room. If you were there, you can replay it. If you weren’t, this is the next best thing. The rule that set the tone: take out your phone The first thing I asked, before even introducing myself, was for everyone to pull out their phone and open ChatGPT. Anyone who didn’t have it installed did it on the spot. That’s not a logistics detail; it’s the difference between a workshop and a talk. For three hours, the room did the work. I taught a mechanic and forty hands ran it on their own business. How we structured it We ran the workshop in short blocks, alternating context and hands-on, because nobody survives three straight hours of theory: Why this is urgent. Kodak invented the digital camera and shelved it. Blockbuster could have bought Netflix for fifty million and said no. Nokia owned the whole market. None of them failed for lack of money—they failed because they were late. Where your competition is. AI adoption data in Mexican companies that surprises almost everyone. Images with ChatGPT. The most hands-on block—and the one that filled the room with phones in the air. NotebookLM. Your... BYD entered Mexico recently and is already the country’s eighth best-selling brand, ahead of manufacturers with fifty years of local presence. It closed 2025 with about 75. 000 units sold and has around 120. 000 vehicles on the road. In its segment it doesn’t compete—it dominates. Seven out of ten electric and plug-in hybrids sold in the country are theirs, with 4% of the total auto market. Adoption isn’t in doubt. The reason is surprising The main driver of success isn’t technology. It’s financing. While Mexico’s auto market typically finances between 13% and 14%, BYD offers plans starting at 7,9%. With 65% of its units sold on credit, that six-point gap is, in practice, its strongest selling proposition. Mexican buyers weren’t sold an electric car. They were sold a lower monthly payment that happens to be for an electric car. What changed on January 1, 2026 The Mexican government imposed a 50% tariff on imports of vehicles from China and other countries without a trade agreement. Electric vehicles fall under tariff line 8703. 80. 01. The impact is already measurable: imports of Chinese light vehicles fell 31,1% in the first half. But the hit hasn’t reached the consumer yet, for a specific reason: during 2025, 217. 838 units were brought forward into Mexico and are being sold this year without paying the new levy. That cushion is running out. Once it’s gone, prices go up — and the cheap-credit argument that underpins the brand narrows. Why that defines where the... It’s the line I hear most when I teach this: “Sure, very nice, but nothing’s free for video. ” And that’s not true. The good tools don’t get advertised, and the ones that do make you pay. Below are sixteen that work today and have a truly free plan —not a three‑day trial—, grouped by the part of the workflow they solve. With these four building blocks you can make a full video without paying a cent: the image, the motion, the talking person, and the finishing touch. How they fit together No single tool does it all. The magic is in chaining them, and the order is always the same: Generate the image with Leonardo or Copilot Designer. It’s the key frame everything will come from. Put it in motion with Hailuo or Luma. A still turns into a shot a few seconds long. Add someone speaking with Hedra or Vidnoz, if the video needs it. Upscale at the end with Krea or Upscayl, never before: enhancing an image you’ll animate later is a waste of credits. That last point is the most common mistake. Most people upscale first, and the video model compresses the image anyway. The 16 tools, by what they solve Image generation From a prompt to a photo‑real image. Tensor. art — Hosts Stable Diffusion models free in the cloud. Create ultra‑realistic images without a powerful computer. SeaArt AI — Ultra‑simple interface and a huge amount of free daily credits. Excellent for thumbnails. Copilot Designer... No hace falta memorizarlas. Mismo objeto, resultado incomparable. La regla...
